Love the retail story! Also the point about picking too many measures because they're easy to measure is spot on. I talk to change managers about the 'percent adoption'. They measure it because it's easy, and shocker, it always ends up being 100% adoption because the old system doesn't exist anymore!

Superb clip and insights Dawna. Chemicals industry is insane, completely looking in the wrong way at all short term metrics, nothing generative at all. All cobras!
